Tovah was rescued from a Paulding County, Ohio shelter in 2017.  Little is known of her background other than she was starving and suffering from heart worm.  Had not a local rescue agency intervened she could have faced the fate of others like her – execution.

Tovah is now a registered therapy dog who attends every NWOIC class.
