After serving   ____ years, Jay Schramm  retired from the Toledo Police Department and, with his partner, Chris Gill, started Glass City Investigations & Pyramid Security.  The firm specializes in a variety of services, most notably, crime scene re-construction to re-evaluate elements of an incident that may not otherwise have been detected.  A number of their cases involve rulings of suicide by a coroner when, in fact, their investigation would indicate otherwise.
